X We reserved the right to blacklist deadbuyers and reject transactions or exchanges at our own discretion.
X Emails will be replied within 48hours.

X All prices are fixed. No negotiations or trades accepted.
X Please make the payment only when you have received the invoice.
X We are accepting only DBS/POSB bank transfers currently to our DBS Savings account.
X For IBANK users, please reply with your IB nick after payment.
X For ATM users, it is mandatory to reply with a snapshot of your receipt after payment. Your transaction may be void if we unable to track your payment records. Please retain your receipt till payment has been verified. We do not tolerate any form of fraud and offenders will be handled according to law.
X Buyers whom back out after receiving invoices will be listed as a dead buyer. Allocation of items to dead buyers will be of least priority in future launch.

X All mails are despatched via Singapore Post.
X Postage fees apply accordingly.
X We are not responsible for any loss or damaged of parcels via normal mailing. We encourage all customers to opt for registered mails.
X Items will be mailed within 1 -3 business days after payment is verified.
X Meetups are only done at the stipulated venue and times. We apologize that requests for other venues or timings or self collection will not be entertained.
X Please attend the meetup only after you have received the confirmation emails.

X Refunds will only be made should the item you are interested in is out of stock.
X We encourage all buyers to check their items upon receipt. Exchanges for defective items should be made within 15days of mailing date. Item should be returned in original condition (i.e. not washed or worn or tag removed if any) Replacement of item will be done once we have received the defected piece.
X Kindly note that exchanges will only be made for defected pieces. We regret that we are unable to accept exchanges due to unfitting sizes. Please check the measurements before purchase.
X Exchanges will only be allowed for customers whom purchase for us directly.Purchases of our products through third party are not eligible for exchange.
X Please allow a minute error of 0.5-1.0" in measurements due to mass manufacturing. We will definitely provide the most accurate measurements on our part.
X Note that difference of color discrepancy between the actual item and monitor screen is not eligible for exchange. We will provide the most accurate color chart of the item on the website.
